TrisoSHOP online store regulations
§ 1 INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS
- TrisoSHOP online store is run by NewLife Ireneusz Kubuj company entered into the Central Register and Information on Business Activity run by the Minister of Economy, Tax Identification Number: PL5221654949
- These regulations constitute the rules for concluding distance sales agreements through the Store.
§2 DEFINITIONS
- Consumer – User who is a natural person concluding a legal transaction with the Entrepreneur within the TrisoSHOP store that is not directly related to his/her business or professional activity
- Entrepreneur - NewLife Ireneusz Kubuj, with headquarters: Celulozy 109ZR/2, 04-986 Warszawa entered into the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity run by the Minister of Economy, Tax Identification Number PL5221654949
- User – any entity making purchases via the Store.
- Shop - online shop run by the Entrepreneur at https://www.cleanbowl.eu

- The Consumer may communicate with the Entrepreneur via the addresses and data provided in this paragraph.
§ 4 INTRODUCTORY INFORMATION
- The prices given in the Store are given in Polish zloty and are gross prices (including VAT).
- The final price of the order consists of the price of the goods and the delivery costs indicated on the Store's website.
§ 5 PERFORMANCE OF THE SALES AGREEMENT
- The User should pay the Entrepreneur for the purchased goods within 14 days or upon delivery of the goods - depending on the payment method chosen when placing the order.
- The User may use, among others, the following forms of payment:
- transfer
- payment/credit card
- Detailed information on accepted payment methods can be found on the Store's website.
- The Goods will be sent by the Entrepreneur within the time specified in the product description, in the manner chosen by the Consumer when placing the order.
- Delivery of goods takes place only within Poland.
§ 6 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
- The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
- The deadline for withdrawal from the contract expires after 14 days from the day on which the Consumer came into possession of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Consumer came into possession of the goods
- In order to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, the Consumer must inform the Entrepreneur of his/her decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement - using the Entrepreneur's data provided in these regulations.
- The consumer may use the model withdrawal form provided at the end of these regulations, but this is not obligatory.
- In order to meet the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient for the Consumer to send information concerning the exercise of the right to withdraw from the contract before the deadline for withdrawal expires.
- Consequences of withdrawal from the contract:
- in the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Entrepreneur shall return to the Consumer all payments received from the Consumer, including the costs of delivery of the goods (except for: additional costs resulting from the method of delivery chosen by the Consumer other than the cheapest standard method of delivery offered by the Entrepreneur in the Store), immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which the Entrepreneur was informed of the Consumer's decision to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract.;
- the Entrepreneur will refund the payment using the same payment method that was used by the Consumer in the initial transaction, unless the Consumer has expressly agreed to a different solution; in any case, the Consumer will not incur any fees in connection with this refund;
- The entrepreneur may withhold reimbursement until he receives the goods or until he is provided with proof of having sent them back, depending on which event occurs first;
- The consumer should return the goods to the address of the entrepreneur given in these regulations immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which he informed the entrepreneur about the withdrawal from the contract. The deadline will be met if the consumer returns the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period;
- The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods;
- The consumer is only liable for a reduction in the value of the item resulting from using it in a way other than necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.
- If, due to their nature, the items cannot be returned by regular mail, information about this, as well as the costs of returning the items, will be included in the description of the item in the Store.
§ 7 COMPLAINTS AND WARRANTY
- The entrepreneur is obliged to deliver goods free from defects.
- In the event of a defect in goods purchased from the Entrepreneur, the Consumer has the right to make a complaint based on the warranty regulated by the provisions of the Civil Code.
- Complaints should be submitted in writing or electronically to the addresses of the Entrepreneur provided in these regulations.
- It is recommended to include in the complaint, among other things, a concise description of the defect, the date of its occurrence, the details of the Consumer submitting the complaint and the Consumer's request in connection with the defect of the goods.
- The Entrepreneur will respond to the Consumer's complaint within 14 days, and if he does not do so within this period, it is considered that he has considered the Consumer's request justified.
- Goods returned under the complaints procedure should be sent to the address given in § 3 of the Regulations.
- If a warranty has been granted for the product, information about it and its content will be included in the product description in the Store.
§ 8 OUT-OF-COURT COMPLAINT AND CLAIM SETTLEMENT PROCEDURES
- The consumer has the option to benefit from, among others:
- mediation conducted by the Provincial Inspectorates of the Trade Inspection.
- assistance of permanent consumer arbitration courts operating at the Voivodship Inspectorates of Trade Inspection
§ 9 PERSONAL DATA
- When making purchases in the Store, the User voluntarily provides his/her data, which are necessary to complete the order and will be processed for this purpose by the Entrepreneur.
- The User has the right to view his or her personal data and to request their correction.
- The administrator of personal data is the Entrepreneur.
§ 10 FINAL PROVISIONS
- In matters not regulated in these regulations, the generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular: the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, the Civil Code Act of 23 April 1964 and the Civil Procedure Code Act of 17 November 1964.
- The sales agreement concluded on the basis of these regulations concerns a specific order and is concluded for the purpose of fulfilling a single order. Each order requires separate acceptance of the regulations.
